Native airfare program

The path to booking without a redirect.

FareSift now includes on-platform search, repricing, secure Duffel Card capture, 3-D Secure, durable order idempotency, signed-webhook reconciliation, and protected confirmation states. Live credentials and commercial approval remain fail-closed.

Build free in test mode

What we can complete before spending money.

  1. Create the Michai Media Duffel account and verify its email.
  2. Create a Developer test-mode access token; test tokens begin with duffel_test_.
  3. Install the token as a server-only secret and enable a small test-search hard cap.
  4. Run offer search, single-offer repricing, expiry, baggage, fare-condition, and operating-carrier tests.
  5. Run Duffel Airways sandbox order, cancellation, change, failure, and webhook recovery tests without real traveler data.
Live launch gates

What Michai Media must approve before selling.

  1. Complete Duffel business and individual verification to unlock live mode.
  2. Approve the merchant, seller-of-travel, refund, chargeback, tax, and customer-support operating model.
  3. Obtain Duffel approval for customer-card payments. The installed Duffel Card form keeps complete card numbers and CVV away from FareSift and performs 3-D Secure before order submission.
  4. Create a live read-write token and signed webhook, install the PII-vault key, choose a transaction ceiling, and validate the emergency kill switch.
  5. Enable production search first; enable order creation only after live repricing, payment, servicing, and support evidence pass review.

Airfare payment and FareSift subscriptions stay separated.

Duffel Card is the installed airfare path: the travel supplier receives a tokenized, 3-D Secure-authenticated card without FareSift receiving the complete card number or CVV. Stripe remains the processor for FareSift plans and service fees. A ticket is shown only after Duffel returns an airline order.
